What You Need
2 plain A4 papers
A pen or pencil
A ruler (in centimeters)
A wall
Your phone (to record a short video)

Step 1: Trace Your Foot
Place the paper on the floor against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Put your full weight on the foot.
Ask someone to trace around your foot (pen held straight, not angled).
Repeat for the second foot.
📌 Always measure both feet — one foot is often slightly bigger.
Step 2: Measure Foot Length
Draw a straight line from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel.
Measure the distance in centimeters (cm).
Record both feet.
Example:
Left Length: 27.3 cm
Right Length: 27.8 cm
Step 3: Measure Foot Width
Locate the widest part of your foot (ball area).
Measure straight across from one side to the other.
Record both feet in centimeters.
Example:
Left Width: 10.2 cm
Right Width: 10.4 cm
Step 4: Record a Standing Video (Required)
Record a 10–20 second video while standing barefoot showing:
Front view
Side view
Back view
This helps us assess:
Arch type
Foot shape
Toe spread
Ankle alignment
Shoe suitability (loafers, oxfords, slippers, etc.)
⚠️ Orders cannot proceed without the video.
Step 5: Send Us
Please send the following:
Foot Length (Left & Right)
Foot Width (Left & Right)
Your regular UK/US shoe size
The standing confirmation video
Important Notes
Stand fully upright when measuring (do not sit).
Do not guess your size.
Do not send only your regular shoe size.
